Greetings Game Topper Nation,

Burky here with a quick update and special announcement.

I'm starting out with something fun and dear to my heart. Many of you know, Baseball Highlights 2045 by Michael Fitzgerald published by Eagle Gryphon Games is my favorite two  player game. I was fortunate enough to win the World championship last year at Origins. 

I just adore this game, so much that I worked out a deal with Eagle Gryphon so we could make a tricked out the  Game Toppers style double Playmat with our premium 3mm high density double stitched edge mat and premium carry/storage bag. We worked out a deal to produce them. I didn't expect to break even on this and probably will actually loose some money on the idea. (unless you guys go crazy and buy some of these, lol) I did it, because I love the game so much and I would have some of these to give away etc. 

Then Mike Fitzgerald the designer emailed me one day and asked me to contribute on designing a promo card for the upcoming Gamefound campaign. I was super humbled, excited that this could even happen!!! Well, Burky has made it to the big leagues!!! 

 I personally highly recommend this game! (I'm sure I am not biased in any way, shape, or form) There is still 17 hours left to pledge for the latest Bases Loaded, "all in" edition of this game for only $48.00. So on to other important stuff.

Fullfillment:

Everything is on track as stated before. Josiah and the team have worked feverishly to get everything out on time and in many cases well before our expected timelines. It's always our goal to treat you as a valued backer as we would like to be treated, and hopefully give you more than you expect in quality and service of our products.

Notes: 

During the campaign we made reference to the improvements we made on the JJ Burkton and Lord Burkton Mat Racks. We changed the bottom panel to be solid without holes so it would be easier to move the rack when needed for cleaning, and also not have the mats touching the floor incase of moisture dirt etc. This is not reflected in our assembly video, but everything installs the exact same way. Some have questioned if they got the right parts but yes that was an improvement we made that we think is a better design. Keeping mats in their bags also keeps them wrapped tightly and identifiable by our clear window design.

UK and EU Backers:

Your orders are nearly all packed up and we expect to be shipping them to their hubs in mid April and expected to be delivered to your door in May and June. You will get tracking and confirming updates from us when this container arrives at these hubs.

The rest of the USA and Canada fulfillment:

We are basically all done with the exception of a few late pledges and the Mycroft Designer Art Toppers and the 26" Bakerstreet Irregulars mat caddies. 

We just received word the Acrylic inlays for the Designer Art Toppers have all been cut, so they will be delivered next week and sent to the Vinyl team to apply the graphics. We hope to have these done in the 2 to 3 weeks. The caddies also will be arriving in about 2 weeks. 

We will be shutting down the Late Pledge manger in the middle of April once we have everything shipped out.

All in all I super proud of our team for executing our fulfillment with in expected timelines.

Hello Game Topper Nation! Just a really brief update that will not apply to the majority of you. You can ignore this if you are a Late Pledge backer as well. We will have another fulfillment update early next week for backers still waiting on their pledges to ship.

There are just a small number of backers who never completed their Pledge Manager surveys from Backerkit. The majority of them are just $1 backers who were supporting the Kickstarter and following along which is expected. 

However this is the last call to complete your survey if you want to get in on the Kickstarter offerings and stretch goals. 

Any surveys not completed by March 11th will be cancelled without refunds, which is an irreversible process. So please fill out those last few surveys if you want your rewards!

Fulfillment Update 2-8-2024: Canadian Wave 1 Shipment Information

Hello Game Topper Nation!

Whew, it has been a hectic last couple of weeks! At this point we are almost 50% done with the campaign fulfillment!

Our two containers of products we were waiting on have finally arrived (though not until the end of last week due to some rail congestion). After spending some time doing our usual quality checks, as well as inventory and organization, we are now able to ship the majority of the remaining pledges!

All US Early Bird pledges have been fulfilled at this point. First up next is the Canadian Wave 1 shipment!

Please note: There are still a couple items we are waiting on to arrive. Namely the Designer Art Series Mycroft Toppers and 26" Baker's Street Irregulars Mat Caddy We expect these items to arrive around the end of March to early April. Pledges that include these items will ship after they have arrived.

Canadian Fulfillment:

We just recently sent out the final address verification emails for the Wave 1 Canadian shipment. If you received that, your pledge will be included in this shipment!

Due to the delay our containers had of about two weeks, our overall timeline has been pushed back slightly from our last update.

First up will be packaging the pledges. We expect that to be finished by February 16th. Then we will ship the pledges to our Canadian Fulfillment Partner. This can take 1-2 weeks. So to be on the safe side I am planning on this to arrive by the 1st of March.

After this the pledges will be labeled and sent out to you! This is a quick process that should take no more than a week at most. Putting the date for all shipments having left the Canadian warehouse by March 8th. Delivery is usually within a week, but again I like to add in a bit of extra margin for any more remote deliveries. Factoring in two weeks. All pledges should be at your doors by March 22nd.

Ideally this timeline is conservative and we might exceed it by a week or two, but I think this is the most accurate timeline.

Tracking will be sent out by the Canadian Fulfillment center directly to you after they ship out.

Any Canadian orders not shipped out in Wave 1 will be shipped out in Wave 2, currently planned to begin in April.

Continuing US Fulfillment:

Right after we finish the Wave 1 Canadian shipment, we will continue forward with the remaining US pledges. Address verification emails will go out 1-2 weeks before your order will ship, so that is the best way to know where your pledge is at currently.

I expect we will finish up the remaining US pledges within 3-4 weeks, with the few exceptions noted above of the pledges that include Mycroft Designer Art Series and 26" Baker's Street Irregulars Mat Caddies.

That puts us at a mid-March date for finishing the majority of the US pledges. 

UK & EU Fulfillment:

Currently we are still on track for fulfillment of UK and EU pledges to happen in May-June of this year! We will have more details in future updates as that time draws closer.

Incomplete Surveys:

There are still a number of backers who have not yet completed their surveys. If you have not done so, we highly encourage you to do so ASAP. Since the deadline for survey completion has past, completing your survey late may result in a delayed fulfillment timeline, however the sooner you fill out your survey the less likely a delay is.

Any surveys not completed by March 11th will be cancelled without refunds, which is an irreversible process. So please fill out those last few surveys if you want your rewards!

Fulfillment Update 1/5/2024 - Early Bird Pledges Shipping!

Hello Game Topper Nation!

Happy New Year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and wish you the best as we move into 2024.

Early Bird Fulfillment:

We have hit the ground running this first week of January as we have started US fulfillment of the Early Bird Topper Pledges. Just this (partial) week we shipped out around 45 units! As a reminder, the Early Bird Pledges shipping are the Scotland Yard Packages and Baker's Street Packages specifically labeled as early bird in the campaign. In addition we unlocked a stretch goal to include all Walnut toppers in the Early Bird Fulfillment as well (US and Canada Only).

Please note: Some of the Early Bird backers have ordered items that we have not yet received from our manufacturers. As such, a handful of the pledges will have a few remaining items being shipped out separately at the end of the month/early February. Examples of such items include: The new Snow mat design, Rail Pads, Young Sherlock Leg Kits, Double Game Totes, Baseball Highlights mat, Baker's Street Irregulars, and Mycroft Dining Covers. 

Over the next couple weeks we will also be shipping out a number of Game mat only pledges, which also had a stretch goal for early bird fulfillment! 

Once we have completed the Early Bird pledges we will move on to the remainder of the fulfillment, which we expect to continue through April. However we are quite hopeful that by the time April rolls around we will be mostly if not completely finished with fulfillment!

Please note: If you have added additional items to your pledge which we do not yet have it stock (see above list) your pledge will not ship until we have received those items.

Canadian Fulfillment:

Canadian Backers who are eligible for Early Bird fulfillment will be packaged at the same time as we are processing the rest of the early bird pledges, however they will not ship out from our warehouse until early February. That means delivery timeframe is mid-late February. Why are we waiting until the beginning of February to ship these pledges? The answer has two parts.

• We need to group all of the pledges together to ship to our fulfillment partner in Canada. Grouping the shipment allows us to offer the better shipping prices we have during the campaign.
• We are due to receive the last few new items we are waiting on from our manufactures at the end of January. Since we need to be able to ship your entire pledge at one time to avoid additional shipping charges we need all of those products here to ship.

Similarly we will have a second batch of Canadian order shipping out in March, which will include the remainder of the Canadian pledges.

Please Note: We can offer expedited shipping directly to you. However the shipping charges would be higher (roughly 50%). If you have questions regarding this you can reach out to me at [email protected]

UK & EU Fulfillment:

Survey Reminder and special announcement from Game Toppers 12/19/2023

Hello Game Topper Nation!

We just wanted to send out a brief update now that the pledge manager has been fully launched for just over a week. About 65% of Backers have already completed their surveys, so thank you so much for those of you who have filled them out so quickly!

For those of you who have yet to complete them, please do so as quickly as possible! Please complete your survey is by December 27th  when we lock down the orders to insure your pledge is part of the early fulfillment beginning in January. 

We realize that it is a busy season and funds can be tight this time of the year, so we are not going to charge the cards till Jan 2nd.

This may give you some extra time to add some extras to your orders with all the Christmas cash your going to get from grandma. (well, that’s the way it was with my grandma) :) 

We have a ton of topper packages planned to ship out right away in January as well as many game mat pledges. Once we finish those pledges that unlocked early fulfillment during the campaign for we will be continuing on right into the rest of the fulfillment.
